Shallah Panjwani, BSc, RD
Shallah received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia and has completed a dietetic internship. In addition, she has her certification in the prevention and recovery of Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating.
Shallah is a registered dietitian and a member of the College of Dietitians of BC as well as Dietitians of Canada. She has over 25 years of experience working in Nutrition and Dietetics and has received training in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She has been voted top 15 dietitians in Vancouver by Crowd Wellness.

Jo-Anne Frechette, BSc, RD
Jo-Anne is a registered dietitian and member of the College of Dietitians of BC as well as Dietitians of Canada. Jo-Anne has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Dietetics from the University of Manitoba. Jo-Anne is a specialist in nutrition for child and youth eating disorders, mental health, metabolic syndrome, geriatrics and end of life care. Jo-Anne has over 15 years of experience working in Nutrition and Dietetics and has received training in Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Jo-Anne has always emphasized the importance of clean, balanced healthy nutrition to best support her clients.

Sarah Rzemieniak, BSc Dietetics, Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach
Sarah received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia and completed a dietetic internship which included an elective at the St. Paul’s Eating Disorders Program. Sarah’s passion for working with eating disorders then led her to work as a Registered Dietitian in Eating Disorders as well as to volunteer as a recovery mentor. Sarah is a Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach through The Carolyn Costin Institute, the only in-depth training program of its kind where she was supervised and trained directly under Carolyn Costin, world-renowned eating disorder therapist, author and treatment centre founder.
After her own struggle and recovery from an eating disorder Sarah is passionate about supporting others on their recovery journeys. Sarah’s writing and speaking on eating disorders has been featured in Psych Central Professional, The Looking Glass Foundation blog, Real Health Radio and The Eating Disorder Recovery Podcast with Tabitha Farrar.

Eli Balouchi, BSc, RD
Eli received her Bachelor of Nutrition from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in 2003. When she moved to Canada in 2005, her degree was evaluated to be equivalent to a Bachelor of Science Degree with a major in Dietetics. She has completed her dietetic internship.
Eli is a registered dietitian and a member of the College of Dietitians of BC as well as Dietitians of Canada. She has over 15 years of experience working in Nutrition and Dietetics. Eli is a specialist in weight management and is passionate about helping clients achieve their nutritional goals.
